You have to watch this place for micro-braids. They charge 200 dollars and braiding my hair with some synthetic fibers , my natural hair is long and healthy and this type of game will take your hair out. She got over on me, I made her take the hair out 2 weeks later! What a waste of money I'll never go back

This is a very clean shop & they are really nice.....HOWEVER, I got my hair done at Monic's shop 2 weeks ago...(Seneglese Twist)....4 days after getting them done, they started to unravel. Now 2 weeks in, my hair along the edges (front & back) looks as if I have had them in for at least 2 months. I know my hair hasn't grown that much. For $200 I would expect something more. Before going to Monic's I had Havanna Twist professional done in Durham (because I use to live there) & kept them in for almost 3 months & I never had an issue.

My experience was a great experience. From the first time I walked through the door I felt comfortable. The staff there is very professional. They are very clean and understood what I wanted. The price is right and you will be satisfied.
