We were double charged for a purchase at this store. When my wife called to inquire about this the owner became verbally abusive with profanity and he said that it was the banks problems and not his. She was not rude or ugly on the phone too him, she just wanted to know what to do about the double charge. He went on to say that we were not welcome back in his store. It was just 47 dollars but 5 days later it is still on my debit/check card statement so I now have the bank looking into it. We have never experienced such rude poor customer service. We will never go back to that store. Dr. Scott
