i showed up 15 minutes prior to me appt. and still after the registration process waited a whole hour and no one had called me or notify me that the doctors was running behind. I rescheduled my appt. the registration staff was very polite and apologetic, but still i had to leave, needless to say i made a request to my primary dorctor to refer me to a different orthopedic. by the way they charge your copay up front when you are registering, therefore let see how that refund transaction goes .

After waiting for almost an hour, I told the front desk I would be canceling my appointment and wanted by money back. It took them 24 days to issue credit. Their arrogance is amazing.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:15AM - first appointment of the day. At 8:45AM I was still waiting. I left without seeing the doctor. It seems to me Greensboro Orthopaedics over-books appointments and has NO REGARD for the patient's time. I would NOT recommended Greensboro Orthopaedics.
