So we were eagerly awaiting date night here on Saturday night. We arrived at an early time of 5:30 with no reservation. The host informed us it would be about 30 minutes for a table. It was a little confusing seeing as they had about 10 tables open. So we decided to make a reservation for later in the evening. On our way out the door another couple walked in, also with no reservation, needing a table for 4. The host kindly replied "oh that's no problem, i'll seat you right here" and they were immediately seated. I should have known right then that we shouldn't come back. Later upon returning we were seated quickly, the restaurant was still only about half full. I ordered the top sirloin and my wife ordered the beef wellington. My wife couldn't eat her salad as it was not washed thoroughly and she got bite after bite of dirt. We informed the staff and they simply replied "dirt? huh" No offer for another salad, no apology. So dinner was served and I was excited to have a bite of my juicy
