My husband and I recently went through a hard time saying goodbye to our newest addition to the family. After hours and hours of searching for the perfect place to put her remains forever, we landed on this urn. Dreading the day we would actually receive it, we opened it to find that In The Light Urns had sent us the boy version of this urn. We've had to postpone our close friends/family ceremony to honor our baby, because of their screw-up. Now we have to go through receiving the urn all over again, When asked how they were going to compensate us for further hardening this already terrible time in our lives, they said they were giving us free shipping on returning their blue urn and free shipping on sending the one we ordered in the first place (that won't be here until "early next week"). Free shipping is fully expected, especially since you offer free shipping in the first place, and this was your error, not mine. I would have expected next-day shipping on the replacement would that was not offered to us. All in all, the engraving is beautiful but I would not recommend this company to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one. They will not fulfill your expectations.

I wouldn't recommend this company due to the fact that they came out to give a quote and once they found out that I had gotten bids from other companies the technician stated that he can only give me a "ballpark" number for the cost of a new air conditioner, and the first question was "how much you willing to spend" Needless to say I went with another HVAC company.
