Grand Ledge is a lovely little town. Glo is the shining point for a great salon experience. After being stuck in the 90's hair style Adrian moved me to the perfect shorter cut. People told me I looked much younger and I felt I did. Love the style, the salon and great people. Take in some of the little shops and restaurants in quaint Grand Ledge. You'll come back. I did.

Just got a great cut there but felt like i was in a Sauna! OMG have they ever heard of AC? And i agree with above comment. They have no receptionist! It is beyond weird. All in all, great talent but poor business skills for sure!

Such an upscale, friendly and accomodating salon. I love it being on the 3rd (top) floor of that old building. I'm glad they had an elevator though :-) My stylist was on top of her game and my hair has never looked better. I always wanted to try Bumble & bumble, and I'm glad I did! I even bought a cute 'glo' shirt. I'll be back in 6 weeks!

I actually decided to go to Glo after reading the other reviews on this website. I called and they got me in the same day. Everyone was very nice and fun to talk to. Todd did my hair and took the time to talk to me about different options and ideas. He was really nice and did an excellent job. I got my hair cut and highlighted, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

What a gem! I could not believe how gorgeous and huge this salon was. It's very spacious and comfortable. I commend the vision of the owner who obviously wants to bring a 'big city' type salon and plop it down into a quaint, cozy small town of Grand Ledge. My stylist was very informative and guided me through until she produced the look I've been wanting for a long time. Cheers to glo!!!

I had to leave the state for several months. During that time I had to find a different place to get my hair cut. Disappointment, does not even come close to my experience when I was away from GLO. I am back now and happy that GLO is still in Grand Ledge. I will never go anywhere else.

Once you exit the elevator (the salon's on the 3rd floor), it's like walking into a salon that you'd see in Chicago or New York City. The tall ceilings and exposed brick walls are very urban and the environment is very friendly and accommodating- they even served me a glass of wine! My stylist was exceptional in every way. I'm a customer for life! Thanks for putting such a cool salon in my neck of the woods.

I'll never go anywhere else as long as Todd is there! I am always happy when I leave and make sure I schedule my next appt before I go. If you are looking for someone that takes his time and does a great job, you should ask for Todd. The cut/color/highlight is perfect every time! Thanks, Todd! You're the best!

I was extremely disappointed in this salon. The service was very poor and unprofessional. My hairdresser was late to arrive. Took forever to color my hair. Did a bad washing. The cut was extremely short (not my style) and hurried. She even excused herself to make a private phone call while cutting my hair. Then grabbed her coat and was out of the salon before I could get on the elevator to leave. I would not give them a second chance. What happened to customer service?
