This place is a joke and with all the jewelry stores in the mall how do they stay open. I went in with my fiance to get her finger sized for a engagement ring. The guy at the counter would not do it. He asked, "are you going to buy your ring here"? I said I do not know and with no commitment he would not even size my finger. So I went to another Jeweler in the mall and they happily sized me and then said "I hope you come back and see us when your ready" I ABSOLUTELY will and I will ABSOLUTELY NOT GO TO MESA JEWELERS.

Best Jeweler on the western slope! So nice to have professionals help me design my ring and have a jewelry that works IN their store. Great locally owned store with mall hours. Definitely recommend John Kelly and his staff at Mesa Jewelers.

I called to find out about Mesa's in store resizing. I told the associate exactly what I had and what I needed. She told me there would be no problem with them resizing my ring. So we drove 2 hours to take it in to them. John looked at the ring and rudely told us to return the ring to where ever we bought it and he'd sell us something from his store, that he would no way touch such poor quality of a ring. The guy was extremey rude and unpleasant!!! We gave our business to Kay Jewelers across the walk in Mesa Mall. So if you don't want put down and talked down to, visit the really nice people at Kay Jewelers! They are very polite and will assist you with all your needs. Plus they have a very nice selection of jewelery!!!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Mesa Jewelers from John and it was everything I imagined it to be. Simple, but elegant! Closer to our wedding I bought my husband's wedding band from John, along with custom designing my wedding ring. I wanted everything to be simple and beautiful and they did just that! I am still very pleased with my ring and they listened to everything I had to say and "MADE IT INTO A DREAM COME TURE!" Thanks Mesa Jewelers, you will always be our favorite!
