Worst service I have EVER delt with!!! They dont even have the common courtesy to let you know if they decide to change your pick up/ drop off time! My son goes to morning preschool and i stood outside in the cold waiting on the bus for over 10 min then when i called dietrichs to see what was going on they told me they shown up 30 minutes earlier then his normal pick up time! When i asked them if they could simply give me a call the next time they decide to make such a big change they got real rude with me..all i have to say what they really need to "change" is how they handle their business because they are real unprofessional!!!

Don't leave your children with this bus service! My daughter is disabled and rides the bus to and from school. We have a drop off time of 3:05. 3:30 comes around and out daughter isn't home, and no one will answer the phone at the bus depo. I call the main office in valley city and they can't help and dont know where the bus is. I called the police and made a missing child report out of fear my child was dropped off at the wrong house. At 3:50 (mind you we live 2 blocks from the school and school got out at 3) the bus comes by. I told the driver she will never ride a detrich bus again, and the driver yells out 'we have other kids you know!!'. Yeah, 45 min past our drop off time with no phone call is unacceptable! Called management at detrich and was told 'I don't care' and they refused to make a formal complaint. I told her I will make one with the school board her response was 'do what you gotta do'.Absolutely unacceptable behavior and customer service.

WORST customer servicer EVER!!! Treat the kids horrible. My child will walk one mile home than to ride their on their bus service. How sad for the children in Grand Forks.
