I've had some challenges here in the past, but I have also had good experiences. I needed to leave a review today based on an amazing occurrence. I had some gifts shipped from Amazon Prime and they were originally scheduled for today, SUNDAY on Memorial Day weekend (thanks to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice). Because of a 3rd party carrier, per Amazon, these gifts were late to the USPS office and USPS tracking rescheduled them for Tuesday. Amazon left negative feedback for the carrier and Goodyear USPS was off the hook for delivery today. UGH.A few minutes ago, the postal lady from USPS delivered the gifts! Yes, on SUNDAY even though the usps website and Amazon had them rescheduled for two days later. I can only think my local USPS finally stood up, took initiative and delivered the packages when they didn't have to. They had a clear out per the late delivery to them, yet they processed our stuff early in the AM.USPS please take note of the other reviews and keep this level of service! Thanks for stepping up today.

I am truly starting to HATE this post office. I moved to a brand new house on the 25th of February and here itis the 14th of March and they still can't get my mailbox key correct. I heard before I even made an attempt to get a key, that I would have hell getting one. That an understandment! They told me a supervisor will call me. That was on 03/03/17 and still no call. Good look trying to call the post office because the number is always busy. And you better not have a job because there is no way you can make it down there during the week to talk to them. I can't believe how hard it is to do a simple job and make sure someone have their mailbox key. They only get one star because I can't give them anything lower.

The rating system needs to be updated with negative stars. This post office is the worst place to have to deal with. Typically, an individual should have some type of basic knowledge about there job and should be able to assist a customer, not this place. I dropped a package off thru the drop box, package was prepaid and all the necessary paperwork was taped to the package. The package was never scanned over the course of 5 days. It wasnt until I filed a claim, went down there complaining, got the ATF and Goodyear PD involved the packages suddenly reappeared. I received a phone call from from Avondale post office stating my packages were being sent back to me due to them not having the correct paperwork since I was shipping firearms. I am a FFL. I honestly believe since the packages had the appropriate paperwork label to the boxes, that an employee was going to steal the packages. The postal investigator I spoke with also believes something was clearly wrong since the packages were never scanned.

I'm giving them one star only because there isn't a zero star option. I've literally never had more problems with my pages getting lost in my life. The WORST post office EVER. Also the workers are very very VERY rude and unhelpful. I never post bad reviews because I think it is tacky but this time I feel like everyone should know so they can take their mail else where. Save yourself the trouble and heart ache and take your mail to a different post office. I'd rather hand deliver my mail myself rather than ever take my business to this office again.

Always a package missing/lost. I dread when I see my package will be stopping or going through this post office.

do yourself a favor and rent a mailbox anywhere else; they cannot read addresses and will send your package back saying the address is incorrect when in fact the address is correct. cannot deliver due to address is incorrect a bald face lie
