      I spoke with Susan about a quote for home owners insurance , She gave me a quote and I told her I would call her back either way . I did call back and told her I was not going with Allstate . I received a letter about 3 weeks later saying Wells Fargo paid Allstate for the Home owners insurance . So it was put through without my knowledge . I would not trust them .
