I too was pressured into purchasing a car the SAME DAY that I visited Sunrise Chevrolet FOR THE FIRST TIME. What kind of customer service is that!? Customer's are supposed to shop around, and compare prices. But these people at Sunrise Chevrolet won't let you do that. At first they said that if I go to another dealership, they will beat the price on a comparable car at another dealership. But once you sit down and crunch the the numbers, that is when they pressure you to BUY THE CAR, or NO DEAL. They were verbally abusive at the end of the conversation when I told them I just wanted to know the final price of the car. The car that I was interested in had been sitting at their dealership for many weeks already, but if you won't take their offer THAT SAME DAY, it will be a NO DEAL FOR YOU. Reminded me of the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. Very embarrassing for Chevrolet and GM.

I made an appointment to testdrive a car. When I arrived, the person I had an appointment with was not available so waited 15 minuts and thenI was shuffled to another employee who took me for a test drive. I was allowed to drive a whole 2 miles. Some test drive! When I returned he told me to wait in the office of the original person I was to see. I waited for 30 minutes! Finally they came to tell me that someone else would talk to me. The started explaining prices to me and pressuring me to purchase "today". I had explained when I made the appointment that I was in the "looking" process and wanted a price. Finally I was able to extract myself and tell them I would NOT be buying from them today. I felt very pressured and devalued as a person and as a customer! I'll never darken their doorway again!
