I a big fan of both Viking products and the ladies who work in this store; they are the greatest. They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a problem, they will go above and beyond to help you solve it; if you need a part or accessory, they will find it for you; and, if you need any training on your machine, they are the best. In other words, they are there when you need them.
