NEVER use this office for ANY reason. They are rude, completely inept at billing, will charge you for services not used, and when you pay, they don't credit it correctly. Further, the doctors are condescending, refuse to fill refills without additional office visits, and in general have no bedside manner. If you value your health and want a doctor that cares, go anywhere else.

Dr. Castro is very knowledgeable and attentive, however, his office staff is very rude.

Competent service, but won't talk with client on the phone. Perhaps too much screening by clerical staff.
