Came home from getting a bite for lunch and no AC. Inside temp is 82 outside 88 feels like 92 according to the radio. Called at 1:30 pm and talked to Jenny, she said I believe I can have somebody out there today. Called back in 5 minutes and said they are on the way. Randy arrives promptly, checks the outside unit and finds a bad capacitor. He has on his truck part installed and AC back on by 3 pm. Super fast response and great people to work with.

Lindy M. Redding installed my furnace in 1968 and it is still working. This year I remodeled my house and thought is was about time to change my heating and air conditioning system and immediately i called them. They were great! I now have a new system that is saving me lots of operating cost dollars and am hoping I'll get another 30 or 40 years use. This company is great and the gentlemen who came to my house were very polite and very professional. And the price they gave me was very competitive and reasonable. During the hot spell this summer my Air Conditioner broke. I made several phone calls and was not able to get anyone to come out right away. My husband was undergoing cancer treatment and was not able to tolerate the heat. I called Lindy M. Redding and they sent someone out that evening. He was able to get us up and running and didn't even charge an extra fee for coming out after hours. The service technician was very knowledgeable and nice. The experience was great! They responded within an hour to service my air conditioning unit. I did not know if I needed a new unit or a repair? Joe checked the system and advised that it was a bad thermostat and replaced it. The service was completed within a half hour. If my air conditioning unit had needed replacing, Lindy would have provided me a free estimate on a new unit and deducted the cost of the service call from the price of a new unit, if I had accepted their estimate. I would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and air conditioning service!
