I recently spent a week in your hospital. I was in room 1306.I can't say enough about your nursing staff. They made my stay so comfortable. Especially nurses Terry and Marilyn. I entered beacuse of a broken ankle had surgery and needed drink and food. I woke up at 4 AM and needed a little help. My personal experience was total disatification with the 4 AM to 7 AM staff. They were very uncaring and totally useless. I complained to a 7 AM floor manager and still very unconcerned. I checked myself out.

I recently delivered a baby at Banner Gateway and was very impressed with all the staff. The nurses and doctors listened to my concerns took care of them. They also explained everything to my understanding. I really appreciate all their above and beyond service!
