Health, Longevity, Weight Loss!! Learn Qigong a mind body discipline practiced by millions worldwide - shown to help about 200 diseases. Requires little strength, flexibility, or coordination, making it ideal for seniors and the physically disadvantaged. Easier to learn and practice than Tai Chi, Yoga or Pilates. 3. Tai Chi for Health, Self Defense and Seniors Bored of practicing the same short forms without really knowing what you are doing? Learn classical Tai Chi long slow Yang form, original slow and fast moving Yang form, exciting martial push hands and feet (punches, kicks, throws, locks, etc., not useless push hands), exciting 2-men sparring forms and weapons. Learn not only how to aid health problems with single or combinations of postures according to Chinese medicine, but also their deadly effects (Dim Mak) when used for self defense. We have 80 year olds in our classes.
