I have used these folks three times, now. The first time I had a part that needed replacing and they took care of it quickly, at a fair price. The second time my tank needed pumping and they handled that the same way. This time I had a pipe that had frozen and separated in the pump, my sinks were gurgling, etc., and they could have said it was something terrible and charged me a fortune, but they did not. I am beyond pleased at their friendly, honest, and fair service, and I recommend them for anyone with septic system needs.

Purchased a home on well and septic not knowing a whole lot about it 3 years ago. The septic was pumped right before I purchased the home so we weren't too concerned with it. Needless to say, we are currently knee deep in projects around the house and the septic pump alarm starts going off. We don't know what to do.... I own a small business, so naturally I prefer to use local small businesses. I come across Perry with Green Acres. Thank God! He tells me over the phone without asking for my credit card what he thinks is wrong with it (and he is 100% right). Comes over the next day and takes the time to explain exactly how my system works, in detail (not done by most) and replaced my pump of 15 years old (along with replacing dated floats and replumming to make the system more efficient). I had received ridiculous prices from several competitors and his price was not even in the ballpark to there's. Bottom line=my septic guy for life and very honest. Thank you Green Acres!

i.e., A lThese guys are awesome. I had two other companies come out and give me the gloom and doom saying I needed close to $2000 in repair work. Both of them gave me different solutions to the same problem. Green Acres came out, explained everything to me and charged exactly what was quoted. No hidden fees like one of the big brand name other guys. Basically explained that with the high amount of rain we've had, and the fact that I have a filter on my drain field means that there is probably no solids causing it to clog like the other companies said. They pumped the tank and ask that we take it easy with water for a little while and the wet area in our yard should go away. A statement made by Green Acres really stood out to me, "how can the other companies say something is wrong with your system when they haven't even opened the tank".
