Why is hot tub always cold no hot tub is around 75 degrees w a bunch of kids jumping around in it and the adult swim is a joke when 9 at night people have their young kids playing in the pool. No one reads the signs and NO one enforses it.

Let me start off by saying I haven't joined yet. Their website was very informative so I called and was invited to come in and inspect and get free 3 day pass. This place is a fitness center, not just a weight room. For the price my entire family can take advantage of far more than most facilities in the tri- county can offer. Indoor pool, free weights, machines, women only gym, child care, a multitude of free classes, tanning bed, aerobics, sauna, hot tub. Not to mention other option at a fraction of the cost elsewhere.

I love working out at the club! They have everything you could want! Me and my family enjoy the pool and the raquet ball room very much and of course the gym is great! I def reccomend Dominion Health and Fitness!!! :)

I simply called and requested information on membership fees, "Chad" pretentiously stated they do not release any information, and I was instructed to "come in and work up a plan". First of all I'm not buying a car, why should I have to negotiiate a gym membership. Secondly, I find it hard enough to schedule time to exercise, I definitely don't have the time or feel the need to listen to their spiel on why I should choose their gym over other facilities. On another note, other gyms in the area were more than willing to go over their rates and amenities over the phone. After some quick research, dominion's rates seem to be higher than elsewhere.

Very nice gym. The remodeling of the locker rooms was a great addition. Lots of equipment. I especially like the women's only section. It broke me into working out.
