      TRIED to reach a manager from the Fresno office, spoke to someone in Phoenix and then to someone in Florida. NO ONE could provide a spokesperson in Fresno. HAD MAJOR problems speaking to representative in the state. FIND A LOCAL OFFICE that takes care of sthis issue. NO LOCAL PERSON TO HELP.
