I have been taking my dogs to this PetSmart for 4 yrs. they go about every 2 mos. for grooming. Today I called for an appt. and they said they couldn't do them because their shots had been due on the 13th. I said I knew and that was why I needed to get them groomed to go to the vet. Its not like I've never been there and I'm coming in off the street with a couple of strays. I've never seen them mistreat my dogs but a couple of the groomers turn their noses up and say they don't do this kind of dogs and make unkind comments I'm guessing about mine. If I choose to return I'm going to be watching them carefully. It really makes me mad thought that they wouldn't groom my dogs!!!

have shopped this particular store for 11 years, primarily buying food and supplies for my cat. My vet recommends Ians cat food. They used to carry a complete supply of Iams products, but for the past year I have noticed the Ians selection has been greatly diminished. From now on I'll be shopping elsewhere in a well stocked store.

I have watched them groom my baby and I haven't seen anything that would warrant the last review. I've been taking my baby there for a little over a year and haven't had any problems and believe me if I had suspected or saw anything I didn't like I'd go to a differnet groomer!!!!

must of the groomers who work on this location are very mean with the dogs,(just step out.and observe them trough the glass).and worst of all looks that managament dont care.don't trust them with your dogs(babies).
