Does not even deserve a one star! Very very POOR service! No quick response for someone who's life line is oxygen. No call back, VERY RUDE OFFICE STAFF! Could not get billing straight for months, and when my insurance approved and my doctor for portable oxygen they refused me stating they contract with Kaiser only!!! Finding another supplier and glad to stop this service!

Very poor service and follow through. I hate dealing with this company. 10-20 minute holds. I feel like my medical supplies need is not important. Very difficult to get to a manager. It still doesn't help!! Go with another company if you can. Stay far far away. I would give them less than zero stars if I could.

Very poor efficiency; continual mistakes on ordered deliveries; a real nuisance dealing with these people; do not recommend as they are poorly organized all the way thru the organization

Service is very poor. When out of supplies multiple robo calls each day and had to block calls; debited my account for supplies not yet received; not a very good outfit - do not recommend

Very hard to get on the phone. Not so great customer service. Several mistakes have lead to my husband being out of work longer than he was supposed to. I wish Kaiser had another contracted company other than them.
