They love to take your money and not apply your payment so they can collect more charges
Sent payment via US mail - Office called a few days after the due dated saying they had not recieved payment and I... (More) Sent payment via US mail - Office called a few days after the due dated saying they had not recieved payment and I would have to come in to make a payment in office - Stopped by the office to physically make a payment with rep understanding that I was going to place a stop payment on the mailed payment and not to deposit - The same office rep receive the mailed payment and deposited and charged a NSF charge even though the account was current and he was aware of the stop payment  (Hide)
