Aslam is a gifted "salesman" and sold me and a friend I recommended each with a pair of hearing aids. Within 3 months we both had problems with the hearing aids where it intermittently stopped working. We were given a loaner while our were sent to the factory for repairs. My loaner worked for a week and then stopped working. When three weeks went by I called the office and was told that he had forgot to send it in for repairs and actually sent it just a few days ago with many apologies. It took 5 weeks before I got mine back worked fine for another 3 months and I had to take it back for repairs. After leaving multiple phone messages I finally got a call back that it should be in this week. It passed the week and again I left several messages before I got a call back that it was not ready. My friends than failed within 4 months. He took it back again and had to wait 5 weeks and multiple phone calls to get it back. We are both unhappy with the after sales-service.
