I have been completely satisfied with all services I have recieved at Radley Chevrolet.

I bought a GMC sierra from this dealership and was told truck had tow package and it didn't even have a hitch. I was told they could go no lower than $16,700 and i recieved a phone call while i was signing the papers for that and Radley had this vehicle listed online for 15k, so they were trying to weasle an extra grand out of me. Also, I was told I get free oil changes for life and I did recieve them for about a year and now they are saying they have no record of that and they will not honor that agreement anymore. On top of all this, after I purchased the truck they ripped the warrenty sticker off of the window and scratched the tint all up and they have not fixed that either. DO NOT USE this place. I spoke with mulitple people and the manager himself said he would not do anything about it and says there's no records of my issues although the service department does have some sort of record because their computer says I get free oil changes but also says after 2009 I must pay. BAD!!!
