I too am disgusted at the way the front desk girls handle patients with rudeness..I saw the doctor, he gave most of my med refills but forgot one but I didn't realize it at the time, so I called the following Monday, spoke with a girl at the front desk explaining my situation and the need for the correct prescription to be written...she took my information (or at least she said she did).I went to work, thinking I would surely get a phone call before 4 pm since I called very early in the morning. I decided to call them back since by 4:30 I heard nothing...the girl who answered the phone told me my Dr. wasn't even going to be in on Monday...I was a bit upset and told her okay, but no one told me this when I called this morning, I again left my information with her and confirmed that the message was left for the doctor. No word from them by Wednesday so I called and left a message for the nurse on her line...this is Thursday night and still not a word! This is so wrong on so many levels!

On my last visit to Dr. Reese's office I was disgusted with what I heard. While in the waiting room a woman had called about a prescription refill and the waiting room could hear the women in the office making fun of the woman as well as saying they were going to put her on hold and leave her there until she finally hung up. About ten minutes later she called back and the office kept laughing at her and then transferred her to an extension for her to leave a message after the girl who answered said the woman did not want to leave a message needed to speak with a doctor. I am disgusted that these young girls think it is okay to treat people like this.

When I called to make my appointment, the receptionist was so helpful and accomodating. She was able to schedule me on the day I wanted. When I arrived at the office, I was treated like royalty. The doctor and staff cared so much. I felt like I was the only patient in the whole office!
