I have been there a couple of times and I have found the staff to be very nice and helpful. The front desk person was very friendly and meet me with a smile and also looked at me when talking to me. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful too.

I loved this place and especially Dr. Wisor and Dr. O'Connor. I wouldn't give two cents for the new doctor - Greaser. He saw me for five minute, was angry from the time he walked in, didn't know my chart or even my name, and cut my meds in half before telling me he hates pill poppers and "supposed" doctors prescribing pills. I've done the injections and other meds, which he would've seen if he looked at my chart. The nurse told me all the other doctors quit once this guy took over. I hate that this guy is a doctor and gives no consideration to even look at patient histories before making snap judgements. NSPC is going to lose a lot of business. I feel horrible for all the others still stuck with this guy as their "doctor." One patient said he had been waiting over an hour and Dr. Greaser yelled at him to wait longer or make another appointment if he had better things to do. Absolutely Shameful!
