      General Info
      Life brings changes and challenges, some expected, some unexpected, any of which can cause stress, discomfort, or pain. Often these issues leave you feeling isolated and alone. As a therapist, it is my most sincere desire to develop a supportive, trusting, and caring relationship with my adult clients and to instill hope. In therapy, we will work together to examine your issues. Rather than being here to give you answers, however, I will work to help you to identify your issues, establish your goals, and to assist you in finding solutions. I will respect and honor you as a unique individual and as the best expert of your life and experiences.
