My parents began using Ross environmental many years ago. When I moved back to NJ and bought my first home , we knew we would need an exterminating service. Nothing scary but the usual basement with spiders and camel crickets.....but Ross took care of them. Then there was the unfortunate evidence of termites. Ross got them too and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks Ross and Bruce.

When looking for a new exterminator about 10 or 12 years ago a friend recommended Ross. I had asked my friend because she has animals and we also had about 50. I also have little children in the house. Ross has kept my house free of all pests and my animals healthy. When ever I see any thing, even a little ant, I just call and they are here. They are very friendly, happy and efficient. And then I found out they also clean gutters. The also have many other services. All the chores my husband does not like to to, Ross is there for me. I have been using Ross since the summer and they have been great! They helped me with any problems I have had with bugs since the house was empty for 2 years before I bought it and they explain everything they do before they do it and also walk you through each step they do.

We have been using Ross for our School IPM. We have three schools that they do both inside and out. Harry and Jessica are always there when we need them. They always keep in mind that we are a school system and do what is best for the students and staff first. Jason is very knowable. He gets the job the first time. We have finely found the right company for our school system.

I had an extreme mole/vole infestation at my home and lost much of my landscaping. My yard looked beautiful one season and the next my plants were just falling over having had their roots eaten by these pests. I tried so many store products to get rid of the moles/voles and nothing I used was keeping them away. Then decided that I needed to consult a professional and called Ross Environmental. Not only did they come in a weeks time but the gentleman that came walked around my entire property locating the tunnels with me and we talked about what attracts the pests and things that I could do to help the cause. I did not know the difference between a mole and a vole and what was attracting them to my yard. The Ross specialist mapped out our plan of attack and we began the treatment. I was thrilled with all the information and attention I received regarding these pests. This is a great company to deal with, the specialists are knowledgeable and I am glad that I called Ross.

We have been with Ross Environmental Services for about 2-3 years and are extremely happy with their services. I had an ant infestation this spring and called them, they showed up that afternoon to treat them. Whatever they used the first time didn't work, so they continued to come back until the problem was solved!!! Great prompt service, (he came early just to be sure he found the house on time). He was dressed in a clean, neat uniform to identify him self and not covered in tattoos and body piercings. He completed a thorough inspection, and while doing so explained to me what needed to be done to eliminate the problem. Try Ross...you won't be disappointed!

The best to deal with the pests! The staff is wonderful! They're friendly and always take the time out to answer any questions, from the techs to the receptionists to the owner! I would recommend them to everyone I know.. infact I have! I've had 2 businesses and a couple personal friends switch to them, and haven't heard a complaint yet! Just praise!

Very good service. Since they came I have not had any more problems with ants. They are great.
