Please do not rent here they just take your money and never rent to you. the management group is trash, the apartments are full of roaches.

They lie about applications have taken money from young mother and never returned it .. They will be investigated

Very poor management.When you first moved in,thay make it so perfect.About 60% of the apts. are rented,The first week I moved in here,I wish that I moved some where else.Maintenance thay have working for them,I don't think thay have their high school diploma.Maintenance don't fix it right,thay half way do things.Please before you look at the Hills,Look at some where else.

These apartments are going through a renovation. We are in our 7th month at our apartment and have gone through 3 different managers each more inept than the next. Apparently none of them is capable of effectively running their maintenance crew. Maintenance issues are frequently lost, so you are forced to call the office and report the issue again and again and again only to find yourself at the bottom of the queue due to their incompetence. Forget that you will ever receive a phone call from any of them letting you know that they are looking to resolve your issue or perhaps they have resolved it and are calling to see if everything is working fine. Our experience has been that they typically take between 3 weeks to 3months to address your issue that is IF you have taken time out of your day to call their office daily to let them know that your issue has not been resolved.

They have just redone the Hills and it is very nice now. I recommend the place to others. I love the big park! The managers are nice too. :)
