Pros: No hassle. Good communication and honest dealing. Cons: None that I can think of. Very happy with everyone in the process. I bought a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Roy Sullivan - a great guy who guided us through the process. Financing was pretty easy.

Never ever bother going to this dealership. The dealer we spoke with swore if I came back with even a little cash Id be leaving in a vehicle same day,he should have said leaving in the same vehicle I arrived in. I was asked to wait while they were shooting a commercial,ended up waiting 2 hours for him to tell me Id need 1800 min down. He then asked when Id be back with that I informed him I wouldnt be able to come up with that much down,and had expressed this to him on the prior meeting. My daughter,husband and myself go to leave and my husband was speaking to me about how we needed to rush to take my mother to the hospital she had been trying to reach us while we were there....the dealer then follows us out and says excuse me sir did you have something to say,he actually tried to start a disturbance with my husband for NOTHING,rude. So unprofessional,and expensive. Forget mcmc on jacksboro Id rather walk than buy anything from there.

After selling us a lemon at an astronomical price for enormously high interest, they promised to fix certain illegal problems with the car (ie missing seat belts), however when we made the appointment, after having to leave the car with them all day long, they made excuses as to why they couldn't do it (they claimed not to have the right parts- they evaluated the situation before making the appointment). Then, when we tried to reschedule to get it done, they said that we were past the 30 day mark for the repairs. On top of the high payments, high mileage, and high interest, we had to get the alternater fixed, the shifter replaced, and the back gate doesn't close properly. The rear air conditioning and heater still don't work, even after being "fixed" by mcmc. If we could afford to refinance and get rid of the horrible interest, we would. We are saving up for that. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM MCMC, EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO WILL SELL ONE TO YOU

NEVER buy anything from Mike Carlson Motor Company(MCMC).MCMC likes to sell and share their customer's personal information.After dealing with MCMC you must "opt-out" in writing every year for the rest of your life. You know that you are going to pay too much for a problem vehicle. Thats not bad enough MCMC will then give out your name, address, social security number, payment history, income and debts, on and on.I knew that i was making a mistake, i didnt know how big of a mistake it was.
