Terrible Service, Fraudulent Practices, Untrustworthy, Avoid Them Like The Plague I am disabled, in a wheelchair with 24 hr oxygen, and Dallas Meteroplex gave me a Pride Mobility Product, that had... (More) I am disabled, in a wheelchair with 24 hr oxygen, and Dallas Meteroplex gave me a Pride Mobility Product, that had the serial number rubbed/scratched off! I filed a complaint with Medicare Fraud, and WON! They replaced the chair after 6 months of paperwork! The chair I received was NOT SUITED FOR MY WEIGHT!, again another NEGATIVE. I weigh 408 I know quite large, but I was fitted into a Merits chair that had a weight limit of 250 lbs.! I have since filed yet another complaint with Medicare, as the chair started to bend with my weight!
I now, have been approved a NEW chair from UScoot, and I am VERY HAPPY with their professionalism, they have fitted me in the correct type, style of chair, and I couldn't be happier now!
Final word, AVOID DALLAS METROPLEX MEDICAL SERVICES! Call Medicare and read the complaints they've received, along with BBB and the TEXAS attorney general's reports. (Hide)
