(More) i.e., A loI don¿t normally write bad reviews but this time I feel compelled to do so. On the 7th of February I ordered an arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Valentine¿s Day to her place of employment. I paid in excess of $200.00 for the arrangement. When I heard the flowers were not there I placed my first call at 12:45 pm to check on the status of my order. I was told that the delivery department would call me back, they never did. I placed my second call to check on my order at 3:00 pm. I was told the same thing as before. No one called me back. Growing impatient I called a third time at 4:45 pm and was told by the woman who answered the phone ¿I don¿t know anything about the deliveries, all I do is sit at a desk.¿ A better system for tracking orders is in need. In their current setup the right hand doesn¿t know what the left is doing. My wife left her job at 5:00 pm without receiving the flowers I ordered for her. I was asked for an alternate delivery address but being Valentine¿s day we had plans already made and would not be home for several hours. I couldn¿t see my wife¿s $200.00 arrangement sitting outside on my front porch in the wind for several hours. It wasn¿t an option. You would think that a Florist claiming to be in business since 1919 would have the holiday rush figured out. I had them cancel the order and issue a refund. Thank you Gordon Boswell Flowers for making me look like a schmuck on Valentine¿s Day.cal favorite, or highly recommended because (Hide)
