The person I worked with gave inconsistent information and use a very hard sell approach. A written request to withdraw from the process resulted in a message the following day that the file was submitted to the underwriter. This is after I refused to schedule an appraisal pending clarification of the issues.  (Hide)

(More) My husband and I have lived in Fort Wayne all our life and have had several mortgages. The personal service was very important to me and it was nice to be able to get ahold someone right away when i had a question. Another thing i liked is the fact that they didn't make me feel bad that i had a score under 700 like some other lenders did.
