They are very sensitive and did not hold me to a contract I signed when it became apparent that I needed to cut back on services. I dealt with the owners(?) directly and never had to go through the barrage of red tape one usually does to get something done or to the person in charge as beleive it or not they actually talk to their customers!-how refreshing. The other thing i liked about these folks is that they are actually have an educational background in their field. The owner has a Masters Degree.For my money I wanted a professional to care for my mom- someone who spent the time studying people instead of just a franchise.  (Hide)
