Rolando's is a staple restaurant in Fort Smith. Its quaint location in the city's downtown district heightens the family friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. The food is marvelous and totally distinct from any other restaurant in Fort Smith. I personally enjoy the guacamole and the rice & beans. While the chefs use a lot of spices, the dishes come together marvelously with great texture and taste. Many people enjoy the tilapia and a great children's dish is "Andrew's Favorite" which is named after the owner's son. They also have a fully stocked bar and make mean mojitos and margaritas. I highly recommend Rolando's for a late lunch or evening dinner!
