I had blood drawn on Thursday Sept 26th 2013. The wait was not long and the front dest girl was nice. I went in the back and I have been told that it is hard to find a vein to draw blood in the past but this teck found a vein right in the middle of my left arm. I have had so many needles and surgerys etc... that I am not afraid at all and the pain does not bother me. This time I made a noise because when she put the needle in I got a zing all the way to my wrist. I guess I must have moved a bit and she yelled at me to not move! Trust me this was not intentional but a reaction to the pain that went down my arm. It is now Saturday September 28th 2013 and I still have this hot strange numb feeling. I am upset because the tech treated me as if I did something wrong and stated that there is no way that this could have happened with her using the middle vein. I left in tears and never so much as got a are you ok or a sorry. A little compassion goes a long way and I sure hope this goes away.
