Used to love this shop now service has gone considerably down. I have gone to Austin's Automotive for about 7 years and initially I had nothing but great things to say. However this year I've taken my 2008 Toyota Avalon to the shop only to spend $700 and get it back with every light in the dashboard on. That was about 5 months ago. I've taken it back and they still can't determine why the entire dashboard has every check light on. Also I took it to the shop to get the AC fixed and they could not determine how to fix it. I just no longer trust the work in this shop so I took it to Toyota. Ended up having to pay $3000 to fix whatever horrible job was done here. After 7 years of trusting this shop I will never use them again.

I have two things on my mind one is my wifes car she has a eclipse gt and the tranny blew in it so we contacted Austins automotive he gave us a great price way cheaper then anyone in the 50 mile radius john said he would work with us for the best outcome , anyway we bought a truck to hold us until we can have the car fixed the truck we bought had some issues I went to see john and the issues are gone this team of guys at AUSTINS AUTOMOTIVE ARE AWESOME THANKS GUYS AND WILL SEE YOU AGIAN WHEN NEEDED , DONT PASS THESE GUYS UP THEY ARE GREAT!!!!
