not a bad little mobile home park,has a pool and club house with lots of activities.has a little pond.with fish.nice ppl.managers are very nice too..just as long as u go by the rules..but u know how some ppl are..lol..that's why we bought in there.we liked a lot of the ppl..the rv section is nice but no bath house.lots of permanent ones down in the rv section.but u can leave your rv down there for 6 months,free.just pay for six months when u get down there for the winter which is like 1700 for the six months.even if u aren't there for six months u still pay it.but shoot u can leave it for six months free.no where else does that..not very pricey either.
