I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company. They claimed they were sending out a technician within... (More) I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company. They claimed they were sending out a technician within the hour and three days later after numerous calls on my part and none on theirs, only a $85 dollar diagnostic visit was made. At that time the tech said he didn't hear the fan blowing and so that must be the problem, he of course did not have the fan and another tech would be there in a few hours. Each time I called the tech was supposedly on his way and as the hours turned to days I still have not received a single call initiated by them as to why he has not arrived. When I spoke to the manager 48 hours later he would not refund my $85 and I could continue to wait for the phantom repair guy to come. No way, that's a rip off in my book.  (Hide)
