I've ordered two beds from them (storage beds). They were extremely well made, and such a space saver for the tiny NYC apartments I've lived in!

Recently moved and needed a brand new bed frame and mattress. Spent WEEKS scouring the usual places--West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Ikea, and even the mom and pop shops in Chinatown. I was very specific in what I wanted--100% wood bed, dark finishings, with drawers underneath. Nobody seemed to have what I wanted and finally someone mentioned I should check out this place and so glad I did!! I love my bed, I got the platform bed, 4 drawers on metal tracks, queen size, birch wood, dark brown finishing.All in all a great quality bed for the price (most all wood beds I saw were well above a grand and didn't have drawers), and it's simple, clean lines with roomy drawers!!

nice end result. Ordered a custom designed wall unit, and it is as nice as envisioned. Had help from them with the design, and they really did know what they were talking about.

This store is smaller than the two-level Carle Place location , so you don't get to see as much of the merchandise. Still, they manage to have enough examples to give you a sense of what you are going to end up with, and the service is worlds more competent than the CP store. The man who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, and got it done.

The store may be small but the staff has a big heart and knocks themselves to please the customer. They are a well oiled machine in processing orders, getting the order in, the bookcase was assembled, they held for weeks until my project got done, the mgr rolled the cabinet into our van and that was it. This place deserves 10 stars as they really go the extra mile to help, service is with a smile, no attitude, just a terrific, terrific business in Bayside. THANK YOU GOTHIC CABINET CRAFT! Some of the furniture is traditional in a non-stylish way, but some of the other stuff is perfectly simple, and a lot of the pieces bear in mind the cramped space within a NYC apartment (like the platform bed with the optional fitting drawers). I've had an unfinished bookcase for at least three years now and it's fine (meant to paint it myself but haven't as yet gotten around to it). For furniture that is solidly built you can't beat the price.

I'll admit it. When I first saw Gothic Cabinet Craft, I had to do a double take. I kept picturing dark, black, brooding furniture but what I was seeing was conservative pieces of well made wooden furniture. I finally decided to visit Gothic after peering over the website. It looked like it was worth checking out. You name it, they got it. You can pretty much furnish your apartment here. From desks to tables, from barstools to couches, mattresses and bunk beds to entertainment centers and bookcases. In every type of wood and varnish, style and price point, Gothic has a very fair and decent selection of furniture.

I love their stuff! My only suggestion would be to keep all of your receipts. Once I wanted to order another piece to match what I already had. Sadly they dont keep the records and I for sure didnt remember what color the finish was.

We recently went to Gothic to purchase a kitchen table. We looked around in a lot of stores and most of the tables weren't even real wood, they were veneer or something. We liked the table we found at Gothic because it's real wood

This store is awesome - great floor samples! We were going to buy a wardrobe for our room, and instead bought a storage bed. The sales person was amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing!
