      Excellent and very accommodating staff. Dr. EMERY has very good bedside and explains everything in detail. I trust her and appreciate her willingness to work us in everytime I call.

      Groomer, Liz is wonderful also. She is very good at explaining hair care and suggestions for my boy. She also grooms precisely and adorably!

      10/10 will be taking my 8 dogs here! Dr. Emery is amazing. This is the THIRD vet I have tried since moving to Jackson. Her quality of care is so high. She’s found and treated three serious issues the previous vets either dismissed or didn’t notice. Dr. Emery is up to date on the latest research, but also knows the old school vet techniques courtesy of her partner. She’s currently helping me to manage my newly diagnosed diabetic dog. She takes all of your concerns very seriously and lets you ask questions, never making you feel like they’re stupid. She will also spend as much time as you need with you and your pet during the appointment. And her fees are significantly less than other vets. I’m incredibly impressed and finally feel like I have a health care provider that actually cares about the animals she sees. Additionally, her facility is clean and comfortable. 100% great experience.

      The staff are very caring and attentive toward my furbabies and actually CARE about their well-being!!! Thank you for being such awesome and loving people toward my babies dot-dot...everyone's babies!!!
