I went to the to get a suit cleaned. They broke one of my buttons off my suit in half. They did not bother to let me know. I discovered when I put,my suit on. Now i will have to pay to have my suit altered.

I do not recommend. Do not go to this cleaners. I brought three items there. I picked them up and just put them in my closet when I returned home. A few weeks later, I was going to wear my dress. There were holes in my dress and stains on it. No one at the cleaners informed me. They put the dress between two items so I would not notice. I wish I checked my items before I left. If you go there beware and make sure you check your items. However, I think you are better off going to a cleaners that is more professional and honest to their customers.

This company is a rip off. I took two comforters to be cleaned and had to pay for service up front, which was no problem. When I picked my comforters back up I realized I smelled a mildew smell, so I asked for a manager and of course there was no manager there. I stated to the young man and women that I brought my comforters here to be cleaned and it doesnt smell clean at all, they didnt know what to say. The gentlemen gave me a customer service number that no one ever picked up and I left plenty of messages and never received a call back. I am very disappointed at the services that I received and dont plan on using this cleaners again. How can a company run a business and never respond to their customer complaints. I will be forwarding this to the better business bureau.
