I use the CVS on Irby Street but not for long. I called the pharmacy and was on hold the 1st time for 20 minutes and nobody never picked up, hung up and called right back and stayed on hold for 22 minutes the 2nd time and nobody never picked up so I hung up again. I called right back again and was on hold again for the 3rd time but I hung up after 10 minutes cause nobody never picked up! That is crazy! I'm going to complain to someone, how are you going to let someone hold on for that long and that many times and not pick up?

Super nice lady,I'm sorry I did not get her name. I had my med. filled at the PAMPLICO HWY. store. I have RLS (the XL version)When my husband went today to pick up my Requip at the PAMPLICO HWY store. I'd called it in on Sat. morning to pick up at 2 pm that day. They still did not have it. And the lady he spoke with was like it's not my job to check or order it for me. When a tech person came in she'd put that person on it. I called over to the Palmetto st store they said they could order and have it here by 12 pm Tue. So then I called the PAMPLICO Hwy store and was told there after a omg how long I was on the line to talk to a person. LORD DO THEY NEED A BETTER SONG AND MORE THAN ONE IF THEY ARE KEEPING YOU ON HOLD SO LONG. I FEEL AS THOUGH I GOT THE RUNAROUND AND A LOT OF THATS NOT MY JOB KIND OF THING. SO I CALL THIS STORE AND THE LADY THAT PICKED UP THE CALL WAS SO NICE HELPED IN EVERY WAY SHE EVEN CHECKED TO MAKE SURE IF SHE ORDERED IT THAT IT WOULD COME BY NOON 11-26-13 so I told her to move my meds. to her store because she seemed to care about the people that need the meds. Let me tell you this med. is very costly and I have to pay out of pocket. So if they don't seem to care about my feelings or that I really don't care if it's your job to check if you can get my med. in or not then I will do just what I did today, move to this store because they seem to care that I get my meds. When I need them. All that to say, please let people know if they don't do what you need at these stores. Take your business to a place that will take care and at least seem to care about your business.thank you to the nice lady that helped me with my Requip meds.
