We took our two Terrier to Dorothy's K9 while passing through Flagstaff. They needed a shorter cut for the long trip to Oklahoma.The groomer did a great job! They both looked great and the shop was SO friendly. A fun place to visit.HIghly recommended.-Diane

Best grooming shop in Flagstaff as far as I am concerned. I've heard lots of great comments and want to add my own. The groomers are professional and love the dogs. You can watch the grooming process if you want and they welcome inspection. Some shops in Flag will not let you watch or inspect..... why?

The first two times I took my dog to Dorothy's she came back beautiful, fluffy, and happy. The next time the grooming staff buzzed her down like a military haircut, even though I asked them to use scissors only. It was a disaster - she was miserable and then it chaotically grew back; her fur has lost its smoothness. I believe there is one great groomer; if you don't get her, you're out of luck. Also, they have kennels precariously stacked one after the other; the place is small, chaotic, and hot. Lastly, the last reviewer comment took me by surprise; I had no idea they pick up/drop off! That would be an excellent service since it takes them 5 hours to groom one dog (although they always quote 3 or less). If you decide to use them, good luck finding the "good" groomer. I'm moving on to another groomer in town.

Highly recommended shop. They let you watch the grooming and have always treated my dog lovingly. The groomers are all great and I have never had a bad job. Clean shop also.

I have had my dog groomed by Dorothys four times now, and they have not hesitated to pick up my dog and bring her back. Always very well taken care of, and groomed wonderfully. Full winter hair brush out was included at no extra charge, would recommend to everyone.
