I highly recommend the enviroclean carpet cleaning system for all carpets. I recently had 2 large oriental carpets cleaned by this system which were heavily soiled by 2 dogs. The carpets came out looking like new and still look new weeks later. I am perfectly comfortable letting my toddler and 4 month old baby play on the carpets knowing that the system used environment friendly products that are also very effective in removing harmful allergens. John first and foremost took the time to explain the differences in what to look for in the carpet cleaning business. As I simply called him looking for competitive quotes and he spent the time to educate me. The price was higher than what I had seen from the competition but he said he does it right and would spend 2 full days on my carpets to get all the stains out of the rugs. I was first impressed with the hard work he applied to my carpets and did an amazing job and never thought I would get the carpets as clean as he did. I had berber carpets and had them done with the traditional water extraction once before they looked clean in the first week then they went back to looking dirty in the matter of a month. For the additional money I believe John's methods will last much longer, also I appreciated John's help with his network of other contractors as I need work completed and I trust someone who puts a hard's day of work into his finished product. 100% satisfied! John has been doing our rugs for almost 20 years and we are always pleased. In particular, 10 years ago we had a fire, and the insurance company had the livingroom-diningroom rug done by a water method. It just didn't look the way it did when John did it, so I complained. The company agreed to have John do it over, and the difference was noticeable. In addition to the improved results that the EnvironClean method produces, John always works hard to remove spots. I highly recommend EnviroClean. We had the opportunity to use this service several times in the last few years, including one condo where there was residual pet dander in the carpet. After the cleaning, the allergic reactions were totally mitigated. We found John to be a very reliable vendor and we knew that he would be on the job when he committed to be there. Also, the work was thorough and well done, whether it was wall to wall or oriental rugs. From a technology perspective, I understand that the dry extraction process is far superior to the "wet" cleaning method, which can leave residual moisture and possible mold. We've lived in our home for 30+ years and have a white, wool rug in our living room. I've a thirty year old one inch plush carpet that had been cleaned with all the "other" traditional methods without much improvement.
