Took my 20 year old Majestic Filter Queen in when it died. Dropped it off at around 10 a.m, and picked it up at 12:45 P.M. Cost 60 dollars. I would recommend this place for service, parts and accessories. Been going here for quite some time and have never had a bad experience. Yes it's bit cluttered but I would rather go here than some surgical clean place who does a crappy job and have to wait forever for parts.

OK, he's not the most organized person, and his shop needs some TLC, but every time I have needed a vacuum he's come through. I've been buying vacs and bags from him for 20+ years. He always has a smile and a kind thing to say.

Over 6 months ago I dropped off a vacuum in need of repair. Every week I call and I hear a different story. We will never see the vacuum again.

I took my vacuum here for a new cord And when I got it home, it still had a short in it so I realized they never replaced it because when I looked I realized there were a couple notches in it that we're there from before. The owner also said he replaced my belt as well bc the belt was shot. So I took my vacuum back and told him they didn't replace the cord and the owner said I'm sorry my son must have done it, I will put a new one on. When I vacuumed I started smelling rubber and thought something must be wrong with the belt. I decided to go to a different repair place, and was informed that the wrong belt had been put on and I told him they replaced the cord and he told me that they hadn't. The cord was spliced. Highly dissatisfied. Not to mention the place is filthy! I would never recommend taking a vacuum here.

Friendly service, reasonable prices, and the only place I've found locally that carries Kirby vacuum parts.
