I asked for black....she painted my nails navy blue, didn't notice till I got in the sunlight, to top it off the GEL nail polish chipped off within an hour of getting them done. It was also just a fill. I was charged $35 for a fill. Horrible experience there. I'm not one to write reviews but people should know these things.

I went there Saturday February 14 spent 3 hours there and when I went home and took my shoes off the nail polish on my hands and feet were ruined. They kept answering the phones leaving me waiting while tending to others. I am very dissatisfied with the works I received my granddaughter could have did the work better. It's not the employees who work there that are rude. Customers tend to get extremely picky and rude. The workers can get irritated with customers but never mean to.

Also if you are going to try to trash a person business get your facts straight. They don't even open on Sunday's. It's extremely rude to trash talk someone business. If you're upset with the service you have to tell them politely. Obviously, you people were never taught any manors.

Horrible!!!!! I went to this awf place Saturday while I'm Fayetteville visiting family. The customer sevice was awful and their attitudes were just as bad. My nails have acrylic all the way on my cuticles (which I kindly asked to be cut) the gel polish is terribly painted on and the lady had to redo three nails three different times because she couldn't get it right. The customer next to me was complaining while there as well because her nails were just as bad. They aren't friendly and even the atmosphere wasn't pleasant. I WOULD NEVER, EVER go back to this sad place that they call a nail salon. Just horrible all around. I definitely wouldn't advise anyone to go here. I now have to go get my nails done over, but at least I know they'll be done properly. Smh guess I should've waited until I returned home in the first place. I'm used to quality service and a nice salon that's well decorated and relaxing anyway. Sad, sad place. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT ELSE WHERE. Btw...they deserve no stars at all, but we are forced to rate at least one star on here. This place ranking should be in the negatives

This is the worst nail salon EVER!!! If I could rate no stars I would! The one located off Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville, NC. I went to get my nails taken off and had my nail bed ripped to pieces and holes in my nail beds. Both the older man and woman were rude and had nasty attitudes! I will never go there again and if my nails do not heal properly I will be filing a lawsuit!

I will never come here again. I asked for my nails to be removed to only have my nail bed ripped apart and nails sore and very painful!

I have been going to this salon for many years now and have never had a problem. I drive across town because of the quality that I have come to expect. Both the husband and the wife are courteous and professional and do a great job on my nails. I have even been a bit of a problem myself for them wearing them very long and in the past polishing them on the underside (just because I like to, which is a pain for them.) I will continue to travel from the Bordeaux area for the quality that I have come to expect over the last 13-14 years. Debra M~

I came in yesterday and wanted to get a gel fill in and a design of some sort. From the beginning the lady had a frown on her face as if she did not want to be there. The lady did not file my nails properly and then she began to attempt to do a design poorly and knew it was horrible. She kept asking me did I like it, and I told her no. Mad her erase the whole entire design. I figured she could not do designs on nails and just did not want to say she could not do it. After the bad design I gave her something easy to do paint the tips of my nails and do not worry about the design. She could not even do that correctly, let alone her smug face she was making the whole time. Then she looked at me and told me my nails was not long enough for the design. How are you going to blame the customer who you want to pay you for your improper job. After the design failure she went on to put the gel improperly on my nails. After sitting under the gel light two times she looked at me and said I was moving around that's why the gel on my nails was bubbly and did not come out right at all. I said to the lady I have pictures in my phone of properly designed gel nails that I took of my nails last month. Asked her if she wanted to see the pictures. She never responded, instead went and started working on another lady that walked in the door. Her and her chain smoking partner are both rude, and all they wanted was my money and did not care about the services not being rendered. My nails are really bad looking and I am very disappointed that I now have to go to 401 nails on south raeford rd and have them fix what this lady here did to my nails. Use this salon at your own risk. They will never see my nails again and everyone I know I will tell them about this horrible experience. What I suggest for this lady is 1. to act like you want to be at your job even though you might not be the best. 2. Pay attention to detail, this may require you to go back to school and touch up on any skills you may have. 3. Don't blame the customer for your faulty and improper job. 4. If you cannot render the services asked upon you do not request the full amount for nails that look horrible. Be aware people even for simple jobs such as filing nails they are incomplete, and do not know what they are doing PERIOD. Waste of time and money
