With prices increasing I'm wondering if they are using the money wisely. They should upgrade the kids movie selction to something more educational than Hello Kitty or Tinkle bell... And healthy breakfast is not always cereal every morning. Some one mentioned no stove ( I believe there was a big crockpot) and I didnt see a stove so how are they providing hot meals to the kids? My daughter learned so much and they had her ready for kintergarden. as far as what cars they drive...seriously....these people do have spouses and other jobs to be able to afford the cars they drive and honestly, its nobody's business. I have not been to this facility yet, however, I have reviewed the TDFPS website, and have looked at all the violations. Most violations were with regards to documentation. Either they did not have a childs updated shot records on file, did not have... (More) I have not been to this facility yet, however, I have reviewed the TDFPS website, and have looked at all the violations. Most violations were with regards to documentation. Either they did not have a childs updated shot records on file, did not have the childs name printed on their cott, or their signs showing the teachers names were not of standard size, or failing to submit documentation for background checks for employees. The last one is my only concern. If this is due to not having background checks done, then it is an issue. But if it is simply not submitting the information to the state, I'd say they need to get someone in with better office skilss. However, there were no violations in regards to negative CARE of a child except handing a child a snack directly, as opposed to on a plate. Do you know how many times I do that with my own children? I intend to check this facility out for sure. (Hide)

I have been a registered home childcare provider for over 16 yrs. I have never been to this childcare center so I will not say anything negative. However after reading the reviews I did look this center up on the TDPRS website. They do have 66 viola... (More) I have been a registered home childcare provider for over 16 yrs. I have never been to this childcare center so I will not say anything negative. However after reading the reviews I did look this center up on the TDPRS website. They do have 66 violations in under 2 yrs, they also are able to provide care for 86 children provided caregiver/child ratio. There were 13 inspections total showing several different violations. Do yourself a favor and check out TDPRS website. Contact them if you have any questions about what you view on the inspection reports. YES $85 is a great rate in todays times. But don't go with a center, home provider or babysitter until you do your homework 1st. Also, please get at least 10 references (past and current). This is your angel, your world that you are intrusting someone else to care for while you work, go to school etc..

What I care about is I saw my 16 month old daughter being pushed by another child, who was much older, while the employee was texting on her phone. Most of the people who work here are very nice and my daughter loved them. But there was one very rude, pushy employee. The rate is very good. And just exactly how is a 16 month old supposed to stand up for herself, we have taught her not to hit other children. (Hide)

Some of them do because they have other jobs they work as well that supplement their income. Do not judge people when you do not know all of the facts. Also, they have been very understanding with me when I've had unexpected bills come up, which happens due to the fact that my infant daughter has constant ear infections. They are very loving, and my daughter always gets a big smile when she sees her teacher even though she is only 9 months old. As for the pushing, it happens at any daycare, even a home one, and I have seen children punished there for playing rough by being set down separate from the other kids for quiet time. I have never seen a child spanked other than the workers with their own children. No daycare is perfect (they have forgotten to put a thing or two in my daughter's diaper bag from time to time but it is always there the next day), but this is a great one compared to most of what's out there these days. The comment about the cars is correct.....they also are fixing up the outside building. Where is this money coming from at 85.00 a week

They are not suppose to be cooking because they do not have the right ventilation system.
They are spanking the kids on the playground. The day I went in there was a baby sleeping on top of a table in a car seat and during the winter they were heating the building with the gas stove and leaving the oven door open while children and parents were walking by.
PLEASE take your child ANYWHERE but here (Hide)

Ive been a Financial Analyst for 6 years now and have been able to pursue my dream car and dream job running a successful childcare facility with my Mother who has been in the business 26 years. Our pricing model is purposefully low in order to help single and middle class working families. We are renovating our second building for our after school program. As for any citation with DFPS that we've recieved they've all been corrected. We've alse recieved great reviews from childcare lcensing and are candidates for the Texas Rising Star Award. Its obvious that the person who wrote this comment has not been to the center at all and has compiled a story using the DFPS wesite. Primary Stages has NEVER and will never had an incident that has put any child in danger or discontent. A parent did come in and set a child down on a table while they signed. We solved the problem by moving the table. (Hide)

I have sent my son places that costs 3 times as much weekly, and he has never been more well rounded than he is here. I like the traditional style of the staff, and the fact that they feed them wholesome meals instead of junk out of a box.
