They are the greatest All bagels are authentic (compared to Boston) in taste and texture. I have been repeatedly delighted in their bagels --all varieties. I love the plain bagels, I'm a purist, I suppose. I am also very impressed with their box lunches--bagel sandwiches and especially the salads--chicken cashew and the tuna is fantastic! I am SO glad thart they are in Fargo. !!!!!!.
