Seems like a fairly good store. I do tank models, and the selection was O.K. I wanted to ask questions for someone who knew a bit about models, and they didn't hand me to anyone who could properly answer my questions, i mostly got a "I don't know. Im not sure. From what I know." Its not a bad store, its got LOTS of stuff. But for a person who is only interested in military miniature plastic models, its a bit of a small selection.

My wife and I drove up from Dover, NH this past weekend shopping for dollhouse supplies. We had a bit of a problem finding the store because it was hidden behind a few other building. Once we found the store we were very impressed. Neat, clean with lots of stuff although a bit slim in the dollhouse department. The ceiling looked like an airplane museum. We found a few things for our granddaughters dollhouse and bought the grandson a cute little helicopter. We definitely recommend this store and will be back again. They promised us more dollhouse supplies for our next visit.

Big Store, lots of cool inventory. A big boy toy store. The staff seemed knowledgable and helpful, nice to see a real hobby store in maine.

Being the only hobby store in the area....service good be allot better. The person helping me ..I think his name was Tim was a complete jerk. Treated me like an idiot because I wasn't an expert in RC toys.If you know what you need or want then the place is great. If you need help forget it.If you can wait for a part order it online..cheaper and and better service. I think if Ray and Robins had some competition the stores staff would be a little more friendly. I agree with the other review about if your not ready to drop $500 on a Rc toy heli or plane then the staff won't give you the time of day.with all the choices and cost of RC hobbies do your home work and find a good online hobby store. They only carry products that cost the most and The staff pushes only the brand they carry as the best and if you don't agree forget about them helping you pick what is right for you. the staff is arrogant and selection is lame. shop online.

Notably good service experience

Very attractive store with a well stocked inventory. Knowledgeable and friendly service; always very helpful. I take all of my local business there. They are very supportive of the hobby business - whatever your hobby may be.

Don't Expect them to Talk to you unless you are buying a RC plane.

Every time I go to this store I am ignored. Because I don't go straight to the RC Planes. The lighting in the store is horrible, the staff is rude at best, and their product assortment is horrible. Unless you are an RC Plane enthusiast, this store is a waste of time.

A local favorite of mine

Very good selection of items. If you are into RC then they are tops. They also have models, Trains and other items. Well worth the trip to the store.
